Vidalia Onion Casserole Recipe

  • 12-15 Vidalia Onions
  • 2 clear packages of Club Crackers
  • 2 cups butter
  • 3 cups Parmesan Cheese

These ingredients will produce a casserole made in a 13″ x 9″ glass casserole dish.

Preheat ove to 400 degrees.

Sautee’ onions in butter until clear. Spread butter throughout casserole dish. Take Club Crackers from packaging, place in 1 gallon ziplock & run a rolling pin on them until crumbs.

Take half of the onions, place in bottom of casserole dish. Layer half of the Parmesan Cheese on top of onions, then half of the Club Cracker crumbs on top of the Parmesan Cheese. Repeat process with the remainder of the ingredients – onions, cheese & crumbs.

Place in oven for 20 minutes OR when cracker crumbs become “brown & crispy.”
