A buddy and I want to come next Thursday-Saturday and duck hunt and try for some redfish . We will be flying in from Tennessee into new Orleans Wednesday. Hopefully we wont be to hungover to get to you by Thursday around lunch.
Please advise if you can accommodate us, if the ducks are flying , and what kind of lodging
Do you have puddle ducks or just divers? Any wood ducks ? we usually hunt green heads in Arkansas but want to try something different

I sent you an email to answer your questions, but I’ll also display them here as well.

So far, we have harvested just shy of 3,000 ducks for the 2014-15 season, in 17 different species. Since we are in the midst of the LOWER Mississippi River Delta, there’s very little hardwoods, mainly tidal marshes, full of freshwater aquatics
in which the ducks are looking for. Being at the bottom of the Mississippi flyway, we have a good variety of ducks, pintails, gadwalls, widgeons, blue & green-wing teal, redheads, canvasbacks, Scaup, Ringnecks, mottled with a sprinkling of mallards, which is more the exception than normal.
